Meet the Sistas
Sista Trio is three (actual real life) sisters, offering a unique fusion of connection, growth, naturopathy, and yoga via retreats. Monthly, day, weekend and week long retreats in Auckland and throughout New Zealand.

CORYN: The Naturopath
The ‘youngest’ (and by far the cheekiest!) is Coryn. She has her own Naturopath business called NourishMe. She offers her wealth of knowledge and experience as a highly intuitive, integrative practitioner; bringing 18 years of experience as a Qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist and Massage Therapist. Her working life has involved seeing clients 1:1 and also facilitating and teaching workshops. Raising her three beautiful children along the way has also given her life experience in bucket loads. Coryn believes that we all deserve to have meaningful, deep, rich, lives and that it’s all about the reconnect. Coryn likes to work with people on a deeper level to inspire awareness. She lives and breathes her philosophies that guide her daily life. Coryn will provide support to ask yourself the right questions, in order to ignite sustainable, joyful change.
JENNIE: The Yogi
The ‘middle one’ (yes, the peacekeeper!) is Jennie of The Adaptive Yogi, - the rebel yogi! Jen is a Certified 350 hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Instructor, specialised training in Yoga Nidra meditation. Jen offers her passion for a mindful meditative, breath-led, restorative style of yoga. She is passionate about inspiring those who ‘don’t think they can’ into yoga practice. She has compassion for bodies that have challenges of any kind, being born with an ankle disability and having to find a way to live with limited mobility and in a curvy body. She is all about befriending your divine selves, committing to the path of body peace and inspiring and guiding others to the same. Jen is continuously training and upskilling and immersing herself in Yoga practices including a daily Sadhana (spiritual practice). Her life experience of raising a gorgeous boy and following her passion for travel is infused into her yoga offerings, bringing Yogi inspiration and guidance to ignite relaxation, awareness and peace.
TONI: The Marketing Guru
The ‘oldest’ (oh so savvy, but not the boss!) is Toni - Sista Trio support person in so many ways. Toni is the Sista Trio marketing extraordinaire and chief photographer, and she has an amazing ability to gather the tribe of beautiful souls connecting. She has an abundance of life experience raising three kids (very fast becoming three young adults!). Her work life experience has been primarily in the travel industry, but she’s always been aware of the ‘stuff’ her sisters were up to. Her change in direction has been more than just a career change; it’s been a change that has meant she is lapping up all this ‘good stuff’ as well as working with her sisters. There are many times, however, she has to remind herself to just pause, connect and (not over!) breathe.
