The first hour you will experience 'Conversations with Coryn' where Naturopath Sista, Coryn will talk to you about the reasons why, long term, diets don’t work. She will cover sustainable weight management, intuitive eating, the pitfalls of diets, common misleading facts about diets and how everybody is different. She's a hoot as well, so always an entertaining educational hour.
Jen, (the Yogi Sista) will educate you on ways to connect with the body through breath and gentle meditative movement. As always, the Reconnect is finished off lying down!. Getting cosy under blankets provided by Sista Trio where you will enjoy a super deluxe 'Guided Meditation with Jen’ . This form of meditation is known as Yoga Nidra - guiding you to a different level of consciousness that truly means rejuvenation, deep rest and well-being. A 40 min Yoga Nidra is like getting three hours deep sleep, you'll float out the door!
