A Monthly Reconnect with Sista Trio is a two hour mini retreat - but this December one is a bit different and we embrace the silly season with having a bit of an end of year celebration!!!

We will have it the same time as usual - 5.30 - 7.30 in Jen’s boutique yoga place - bit more room to move than New Lynn.

We will do a fun ‘end of year’ ritual where we celebrate all of our Sista Trio Tribe, whether you are there in person or not. It will be a time for reflection and celebrate on how far we have all come. then we will do what Sista’s love doing best - a good ole chin wag and share some yummy food.

These events are a Koha Donation at the door.
