You get Jen for an hour. She becomes your own personal yoga teacher. You will be guided through a yoga practise of your very own choice. Or you can choose from any of these suggestions:
learning diaphragmatic breathing
yoga poses for your body and lifestyle
if you’re familiar with sun salutations - she’ll create on just for you
twists and side openings
adoptions in yoga that mean you still get all the benefits
Or anything else, just spend the hour with Jen to help you understand YOUR body better and adapt a yoga session just for you.
These Spoil Me Rotten Mini-Retreats provide space to individualise the practice of yoga just for you. This will deepen your yoga experience. With the intention of making you feel safe and completely supported.
These yoga sessions end with a Yoga Nidra - Jen’s signature relaxation. You lie down, listen and relax. This will be recorded for you to keep and use again and again.
then a total balance HEALING MASSAGE….
Oh. My! A healing massage session with Coryn - this is an hour of complete rest where you will be guided into full relaxation. Where you will be totally blissed out by the many many benefits of massage like reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, stimulation of the lymphatic system and and and.
The aim of this hour long massage experience is to re-balance your nervous systems throughout your body. You’ll be safely guided through breathing, meditation, body pulsing and energy healing.
A massage is great if you are struggling with low energy, or anxiety, insomnia, stress or just need some healing touch. Either way you’ll switch from the fight flight and freeze response to the rest and digest system.
Give yourself a treat of total nervous system reset.
