first YOGA….
A session with Jen - your own personal yoga teacher all to yourself for an hour! Jen will guide you through a yoga practise designed just for you, with prior consultation, you choose what you want to do/learn - all ending with Jen’s signature deep relaxation. You leave armed with Yoga Goodies! - A printed and digital guide to your practise and an audio recording of the relaxation, breathing & meditation.
then MASSAGE….
A session with Coryn where you will be nourished with a full body relaxing massage. Only the best, organic and essential oils are used on your precious body. Coryn’s massages are intuitive and will leave you feeling deeply blissed.

5 time slots available over the day - 8.30am, 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm
