BREATHE WELL

When under pressure, stressed, or feeling overwhelmed, so many of us forget the breath and shallow breathe; learning proper breathing techniques is a game-changer.

This workshop starts with 'Conversations with Coryn' where Naturopath Sista, Coryn will show you how to access your feel-good hormones, decrease your stress hormones, and increase your vitality through learning to breathe properly.

As, when we are out of alignment with our simple breath - it can be like pushing shit uphill!!

You will be taught breathing techniques that you can use every day.

Jen, (the Yogi Sista) will guide you into learning how and why to breathe well.

So many of us don’t know how to access a deep and full breath. Science has caught up with Yogis and much research has proven that slow deep breathing practices can significantly improve health and well-being.

Jen will guide you into simple, do-able, nourishing pranayama (breath exercises).

As always, the Workshop is finished off lying down! Be sure to have blankets, pillow, and something to put over your eyes so you can enjoy a super deluxe 'Guided Meditation with Jen'.
